#Ingredients MUSSELS :
● 500gm shelled mussels
● 300ml coconut milk
● 2 tablespoons kerisik
● 2 kaffir lime leaves shredded
● 1 turmeric leaves shredded
● 2 slices of dried tamarind
● Salt, sugar and oil to taste
*Grinded material MUSSELS :
● 15 dried chillies
● 10 chilli padi
● 1 large onion
● 10 shallots
● 5 cloves of garlic
● 2 stalks lemongrass
● 3cm length ginger
● 2cm ginger
How to prepare MUSSELS :
1. Heat oil and fry all the blended ingredients until fragrant.
2. Then add the coconut milk, mussels, coconut paste, tamarind, kaffir lime leaves and turmeric leaf.
3. Stir well and let it cook until the gravy thickens.
4. Finally, season with salt and sugar to taste and remove from heat.
