Ingredients:
1. 1 whole chicken cut into 16/8 / as you like
2. 3 teaspoons curry fish
3. 3 tablespoons turmeric
4. 4 shallots
5. 6 stalks lemongrass
6. 2 cobs galangal
7. 5 tablespoons of dried chilies (blend)
8. 5 curry leaves 5 dried chillies cut 3
9. little seasoning powder
Directions :
1. Clean the chicken and drain.
2. Marinade the chicken with all the ingredients are blended with spices, dried chillies and marinate for one hour.

3. Heat the oil to ""deep fry"" and fried the chicken, use medium heat. When the crumbs slightly yellowish, Filter and sort of burnt crumbs."
4. Once the chicken already cooked, add curry leaves and dried chillies cut earlier.
5. Place the crumbs on the chicken, more lemongrass and galangal create much more crumbs.
