Rainbow Cupcake


Ingredients:

280 gm Butter
Self raising flour 280 gm
260 gm gm caster sugar
50 ml evaporated milk
5 ore grade A eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Oren little Emulco , Brown emulco , dye pink , green .

Cara - Cara

1. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy

2. Stir in the flour little by little while whisking.

3. Add the eggs one by one and beat again .

4. Then add the milk .

5. Put the vanilla essence . Beat until blended .

6. Divide the dough into four parts and the color pink , green , brown and orange emulco emulco .It can also color option

7. Pour slowly alternating colors into a mold and bake in the oven at 180 C for 15-20 minutes or until cooked .
