Ingredients :
● 2 plates of rice
● 1 cup of fresh shrimp
● 1 cup of chicken meat (boiled and shredded)
● 1 cup of peas
● 4 eggs (scrambled)
● 5 red chillies (minced)
● 5 shallots
● 1 stalk spring onions (sliced)
● Salt
Direction :
1. Heat the oil and fry the chilli, add the shrimp and chicken meat and peas.
2. Allow five minutes, and then enter the egg and stir.
3. Add the rice and salt. Stir and sprinkle with chives.
4. Once cooked remove and may be served. Can serve with sprinkle scallions.

i'd be lucky if i can make this recipe without getting it all mushy... have been trying to look on the internet and stumbled upon simple fried rice recipes to try... this blog here is my 3rd discover. gonna give this recipe a try
