Ingredients :
● 1 kg red fish
● 1.5 cm cinnamon
● 1.5 cm ginger
● 600 gm potatoes
● 60 gm soohoon
● 10 red onion
● 6 cloves of garlic
● 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
● 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
● 1 teaspoon cumin
● 1 teaspoon fenugreek
● 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
● 5 cloves
● 1 star anise
● 1 piece of tamarind
● 1 stalk celery
● 1 stalk spring onion
● 1 tablespoon oil
● Salt to taste
Directions :
1. Blend crude coriander, black pepper, aniseed, cumin, cinnamon, star anise and cloves and herbs wrapped in cloth / mesh.
2. Cut the potatoes and cut into half soohoon 5 cm.
3. Clean the fish and drained. Boil the water and add the fish with herb that has been wrapped in cloth.
4. When boiling, add the potatoes, soohoon, ginger, fenugreek and salt.
5. When it is tender add the tamarind. Cut the onion and garlic, then fried.
6. When it golden brown, add the onion and oil in a soup pot. Stir for 3 minutes.
Before serving, add the celery and leek.
